Ashley's journey to yoga blossomed from her artistic background. Growing up in Los Angeles as a child actor, she was drawn to meditation as a teenager as a way to ground her hectic lifestyle. After studying with Bryan Kest at his world-renowned Power Yoga studio in Santa Monica, CA she was hooked. She has since also trained in Hatha and Vinyasa based styles with teachers Angela Boltz (founder of Living Flow) in Costa Rica, and Anthony Benenati (founder of City Yoga) in Los Angeles. Ashley also studied Kundalini yoga with Tej Kaur Khalsa, a direct student of Yogi Bhajan, as well as studying different forms of meditation, including training as an energy psychotherapist here in Sydney. She has taught her blend of these styles of yoga and meditation to some of the most successful artists around the globe as a private coach, and has led classes in studios in Bali, America, Europe, Canada, and Australia.

Alongside her qualifications in yoga and mindfulness, Ashley is also a raw foods chef, nutritional consultant, wellness blogger, and a certified Thai masseuse. Having a deep understanding of the body and love for nurturing others on their journey, she loves to bring people ‘back into their bodies’ and help them find the space inside to truly enjoy every moment. Her classes are an energetic blend of strength and mindful awareness, with focus on alignment and life's most important and simple anchor of all; our breath.
